2021 차세대 리소그래피 학술대회

안녕하십니까?

차세대 리소그래피 학술대회에 대한 관심과 성원에 진심으로 감사 드립니다.

2021 차세대 리소그래피 학술대회는 11월 17-18일, 평창 알펜시아 컨벤션센터에서 대면/비대면 하이브리드 형식으로 개최됩니다. 지난 6월말 독립적으로 개최한 단기강좌에 이은 본 행사입니다. (지난 단기강좌 참조: http://lec2021.ngl.or.kr/wp/Home.asp)

차세대리소그래피 학회가 올해 10주년을 맞이 하였습니다. 그 동안 영원한 차세대 일 것 같았던 EUV 기술이 대량 생산체제로 전환이 되는 것을 지난 3년간 목도를 하였고, 이러한 성과는 학·연·산이 같이 치열하게 연구하고 적용한 결과인 것을 우리 모두가 알고 있습니다.

이제 새로운 EUV 시대에 맞추어 관련 설비, 소재, patterning 관련 그리고 CVD, Etch, Cleaning 등 다양한 분야의 전문가들이 모여 다음 10년을 준비 할 때 입니다.
창립 10회째를 맞이하는 올해 차세대리소그래피 학술대회는, 그 어느 때보다 중요해지고 있는 반도체 리소그래피 기술의 현재와 미래를 논의하고, 참가자들간의 활발한 교류가 이루어 질 수 있도록, 더욱 더 풍성한 프로그램을 준비하고 있습니다.

It’s been 10 years already since Next Generation Lithography Conference has been launched from a small lithography technology workshop.
During this time, we’ve seen that EUV technologies are being implemented into the high volume manufacturing over the last few years, which seemed to be the “Next Generation” technologies forever. We know this accomplishment comes from the hard work and collaboration in academia, research institutes, and industries all together.
We are also seeing the importance of the semiconductor technologies and its impact on our daily fundamental lives, even more than ever in this calamity due to COVID-19.
Now is the time again to discuss and prepare together the next 10 years in the Next Generation Lithography technologies.

We sincerely would like to invite you to the 2021 Next Generation Lithography (NGL) Conference, which will be held at Alpensia Convention Center, Pyeong Chang in 17th ~ 18th, November, 2021. Considering the current status of COVID-19 and the safety of all attendee, the conference will be held via online / onsite offline at the same time.

We hope to see you at the conference either online or onsite at beautiful Pyeong Chang, 2018 Winter Olympic place.
